At this time, our waiting lists for all one-bedroom apartments and our three-bedroom 60% AMI apartments are closed.

As a Tax Credit community, we are required to verify that all applicants meet the income eligibility guidelines for the apartment they are applying for.

We are currently accepting applications for the following apartment types:

Two-Bedroom – 60% AMI

  • Rent: $1,390/month plus electricity
  • Minimum income (without a housing voucher): $40,000
  • Maximum income for a two-person household: $54,900

 

Two-Bedroom – 80% AMI

  • Rent: $1,905/month plus electricity
  • Minimum income: $56,000
  • Maximum income for a two-person household: $73,200

 

Three-Bedroom

  • Rent: $2,190/month plus electricity
  • Minimum income: $64,000
  • Maximum income for a three-person household: $82,320
