Q: I submitted my application, what happens next?

  • A: Once your completed 5-page application has been received, our team will review it as soon as possible. If you submitted your application by email, you will receive confirmation that it was received.

    Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. If additional information is needed or we are ready to schedule an interview, we will contact you directly.

Q: What can I do to speed up my application process?

A: To avoid delays, please make sure your application is complete, legible, and includes the following information:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Total gross annual household income

You should also be prepared to provide income documentation at the time of your interview:

  • If you are paid weekly, please submit your 9 most recent consecutive pay stubs.
  • If you are paid bi-weekly, please submit your 5 most recent consecutive pay stubs.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us process your application more efficiently.

Q: I submitted my application more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard back. What should I do?

    Important: Some applicants mistakenly believe the online Interest Form is the housing application. Please note that the official application is a 5-page document. Submitting only the Interest Form does not constitute a completed application.

Q: Who is eligible to live at The Flynn?

A: The Flynn is a tax credit property, and applicants must meet certain income eligibility requirements, including both minimum and maximum income limits.

A: The Flynn offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with limited accessible units. 

Q: What amenities are included in the apartments and on the property?

A: Units come with in-unit washer & dryer, energy efficient heating and cooling, and stainless steel appliances.

The property also provides a fitness center, yoga / stretching room, community room / meeting room, limited off-street parking, elevators, mail room, package room, pet friendly units, online apartment maintenance requests, online rent payment, modern property access, on-site management, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
